Here are the recipes for the smoothies we love.
1)Triple Berry Smoothie:
INGREDIENTS
banana1 c.
frozen strawberries1 c.
frozen blackberries, plus more for garnish (optional)1 c.
frozen raspberries1 1/4 c.
almond milk1/2 c.
Greek yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
- In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Divide between 2 cups and top with blackberries, if desired.

2)Chocolate Keto Protein Shake:
INGREDIENTS:
3/4 c. Almond milk
1/2 ice
2 tbsp. Almond butter
2 tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder2
to 3 tbsp. keto-friendly sugar substitute to taste (such as Swerve)
1 tbsp. Chia seeds plus more for serving 2 tbsp. hemp seeds
1/2 tbsp. pure vanilla extract
Pinch kosher salt
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and garnish with more chia and hemp seeds.

3)It’s Easy Bein’ Green Smoothie:
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 c. baby spinach
1 c. frozen mango, plus more for garnish (thawed)
1 banana
Juice of 1 lemon
DIRECTIONS:
1.Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth.
2.Pour into 2 glasses and garnish with mango.
